Ternate

Ternate is the both the name of the
island as well as that of the city. Mount
Gamalama, dominates Ternate so much
so that one can view the summit from
everywhere on the island.
Tobelo is the regency capital of North
Halmahera in the province of North
Maluku. Coconut palms covers the entire
view. The main export of this is copra.
Tanjung Bongo, a hidden paradise of
super clear water enclosed in a cluster
of islets is a short boat ride away.
In the past Tobelo and Ternate were the Lake Tolire, Ternate island Sulamadaha Beach, Ternate Sulamadaha Beach, Ternate
gateways to Morotai by sea.
