The capital of the regency Manggarai Barat, the
western most region of Flores does not have much
to offer but fresh seafood, its marine life, and
surprisingly good tourist facilities. Labuan Bajo was
once a small dusty fishing town, however, it has become
the launching point for the most thrilling adventures to
Komodo Island and Rinca Island.
